  4. Teaching a kid early on how to properly take care of his/her teeth is very important so that good habits will be developed early. Those who were not taught early on, develop habits that damage their teeth, and would seek dental health for a couple of times. It is an advantage to have a good set of teeth because the only reason of going to the dentist is for cleaning while the other complicated treatments can be completely avoided.

  5. Thank you for sharing! My wife and I have several young children, and it can be a challenge to teach them good dental hygiene at first. A friend of ours, who is a dentist in Etobicoke, ON, has been a big help in offering tips as well.

  6. The dentist, many people find them intimidating and scary, especially children. Include a round of dental instrument sin the encounter and some children and even adults don't like to go back to the clinic after the initial visit.
